Absolutely excellent, from start to finish! The quote was to remove 2 tall stumps and to grind the roots. The preferred method was to use WhatsApp (On a Saturday) by sending a photo. We agreed a price, and a date for work to commence (the following Monday at 8am). The workmen were on time, very polite, wore all the PPE required, even put up hoardings around the site when using machinery. Job done by 9am, all cleaned up and equipment removed. The site was left in an excellent state, would never have known there was a tree there. Photo's included show the work site before and after. I have decided that all our future arborist work will be directed their way.

Guy HillVery happy with the tree survey supplied by Crown Tree Surgeons. We had been asked to produce a tree survey by our local authority as we currently have a planning application to build a flat roof extension. David talked us through the process, gave us his time when we met in person explaining what the report contains and how it is used by the planning department. Overall I am very happy with the no fuss approach and would recommend Crown Tree Surgeons to anyone looking for a tree survey.

Dee MichalakisWe recently used Crown Tree Surgeons to undertake a tree survey of our sycamore tree as it was a requirement by our local planning authority before we can build an extension on the back of our house. This was all new to us as we had no idea that a report was necessary. David explained the whole process and how a BS5837 report would be needed and compiled and then used as part of our planning application process. Both myself and my husband were very grateful, we would recommend to anyone also looking for a tree report.

Chloe BraidfordCrown Tree Surgeons were extremely flexible and helpful! The team gave their time to come and help Demelza Hospice Care for Children with their 2023 Tree-Cycle Event. Around 300 trees were chipped on site and we couldn't be more grateful for their support.

charlotte fassetSuper pleased! We have never used a tree surgeon before and didn't really know where to start. I made contact with Crown Tree Surgeons a couple of months ago, a young pleasant guy turned up to quote he explained that the tree was protected and that planning permission was needed. There price was not the cheapest but we still decided to go with them as i wanted to be sure that my neighbours garden was protected as he kindly agreed to remove the waste from the tree through his garden. So i left for work early morning and didn't return until late, i woke up this morning to see the result and i am so pleased, the trees look amazing, we finally have light in our garden and our neighbour is also very pleased! thank you

Tiancong LiangIt has been great having David and his team over to remove 4 trees and stumps near our fence. David happened to be nearby when I contacted them. He came over, took a look and gave me a proper email quote (with all the work to be done listed). Once we agreed to engage them, his team came over 3 days later, promptly removed the trees and stump, gave us advice what to do post tree removal, cleaned up the place. They were very friendly and polite. I couldn't give a higher praise. I feel lucky to have engaged them (difficult to find good trades man online). Thank you once again.Posted on Google

Sergey TDavid and the team did a great job in my garden. I needed to fell a couple of trees and reduce several others. jane stephensonWe had a brilliant service from Crown Tree Surgeons from start to finish and l would highly recommend them. We are very pleased with the results. When David came to see the trees we needed cutting back, he was super helpful. knowledgeable and explained the best way forward. When the guys came to do the work they were friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. There were three men and their ' roles ' in the process were clearly organised. As we have no side exit from the garden all the cuttings ( and there was a lot!) were taken through the house to the mulching machine. A protective matting was put down on the flooring and when they had finished the guys cleared up completely, inside and out. Thank you so much we will definitely use Crown Tree Surgeons again!Posted on Google

Ruben DewaFantastic job, done in very good time and to the highest quality. Would recommend David and the team to everyone - very professional servicePosted on Google
Pierre Bou AbboudHad a great experience with them! From start to finish, they were super professional and knew their stuff, and most importantly they actually care about the trees and what the impact of their work is on them; I definitely got the sense that their advice is genuine and fair rather than driven by business economics or sales pitchy. Their main tree consultant took 20 mins of his time to give me ad hoc advice on a tree in my front garden which was not part of the job. The team of tree surgeons did a great job pruning my two yew trees in the back garden and were very polite and considerate of the neighbours (they cleaned after them in both my garden and the neighbour's). Now my trees look healthier than ever and proportionate to their surrounding. If you're in Blackheath and need tree work done, I would strongly recommend them as not only are they competent and competitively priced but also have established relationships with the councils in the area for a seamless application process.Posted on Google

Very happy with the service. I will definitely contact them again if I need a tree surgeon service in the future.Posted on Google
